![]() ![]() Had to tow my '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee here on a Saturday night after-hours, after losing a high-speed game of chicken with a guardrail up on I-84 just outside of town… shop was closed 'til Monday and I needed to hustle it back to Seattle so I picked up a rental first thing that morning and just left my car in their parking lot with my keys in the dropbox, not knowing what else to do. Needless to say we moved on from buying that vehicle and would not take a vehicle there in the future due to the poor service. Her tone over the phone was enough to make me not want to follow up again. She was trying to be helpful, I saw, however the request has not been filled and it has now been several weeks with no communication. ![]() I asked to speak at least to the mechanic who looked at it, but was told he was too busy and she could answer my questions. She then informed me it would take a few more days. After a week I still heard nothing and called back. She however agreed to do that for us, but that it wou ld take some time. The person I was speaking with acted as though it was unheard of that we would want to know the cost to fix something we were considering buying. ![]() After paying for a pre-purchase inspection, we requested a rough estimate of the cost to fix the issues that were found about the vehicle, in order for us to make an offer to the owner. It is rare that i wrote a review at all, let alone a negative one, but this “service” was worth mentioning to me. ![]()
